Dalarna is a landscape in the inland of northern Sweden and is usually referred to as the border between middle Sweden and northern Sweden. The landscape offers a great variety of nature characters, in the northern parts the natural image of mountains with clear spring water lakes and vast marsh areas is dominated, while the more southern parts offer great leaves and coniferous forests, and fine valleys. One can say that the only thing that is really missing in Dalarna is the coastal landscape.
